Simply click the link and follow the instructions to create your account and get started.
Step 2 - Create Your Account
Enter your email address and create a secure password.
Once completed, you'll be able to log in and access your account.
Step 3 - Verify Your Email
Open the verification email and follow the instructions to activate your account.
Step 4 - Confirm Verification
A verification code will be sent to your email address.
Enter the code into the boxes provided and click Continue to complete the verification process.
Step 5 - Add to Your Home Screen
Congratulations, you're now inside your portal!
For quick and easy access, you can add the portal to your home screen so it appears just like an app.
Follow the on-screen instructions:
Tap the Share button.
Scroll down and select Add to Home Screen.
Tap Add.
Choose your preferred name and confirm.
Your portal will now be available directly from your home screen.
Step 6 - Mobile App
Your portal has now been added to your home screen and can be accessed just like a mobile app.
Simply tap the icon at any time for quick and easy access to your account.
Step 7 - Dashboard
When you open the app, you will be taken to your dashboard.
From here, you can:
View your calendar
Submit completed work
Access your invoices
You will also be able to see your upcoming cleans at a glance.
By tapping the menu button in the top-right corner, you'll unlock additional options, including the ability to report any damage or issues.
Step 8 - Calendar View
The Calendar View allows you to see all scheduled cleans throughout the year.
To view the guests information (Full name, amount of guests, dates) simply click on the name and a dropdown will apear below.
Use the navigation arrows to move between months and view upcoming bookings and cleans at any time.
Step 9 - Submitting Invoices
If you are paid by the hour, your hourly rate will already be saved within the system.
Simply select the number of hours worked, and the invoice amount will be calculated automatically.If you are payed price then you will just simply press submit (use photos below as guidance)
Step 10 - Submitting Expenses
Once you have submitted your hours or fixed-price work, you can add any expenses related to the job.
For example, if you have purchased a welcome basket or other approved items, simply click Add Expenses and enter the details before submitting your invoice.
Step 11 - Generating PDFs
Once submitted, your invoice will be saved within the My Invoices section.
To download a copy, click the PDF button in the top-right corner. This will generate a PDF document that you can save for your records or send directly to your accountant.
Step 12 - Viewing Invoices
To view your invoices, simply select the month you would like to review.
All invoices submitted during that period will be displayed. If you need to make a change, click Edit to update the invoice details before resubmitting.
Step 13 - Report Damage
If you notice any damage, maintenance issues, or anything else that requires our attention, you can report it here.
Please provide as much detail as possible and include photos where appropriate so we can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
